We provide assistance to the families who need care and support at home. We provide a number of services based on individual circumstances, ranging from quick check-in visits to comprehensive live-in support.
Domiciliary care – We provide this flexible service at your comfortable environment i.e. your own home so that you feel free and independent. Our professional, compassionate, highly trained and friendly care workers assist you with the following aspects of daily living:
- Greeting you, checking your health and wellbeing
- Assisting you with your personal choice of the day
- Supporting you get up, washed and dressed
- Preparing a healthy breakfast of your choice
- Assisting with laundry, ironing, washing and general housekeeping
- Prompting you with medication
- Providing you companionship
- Paying outdoor visits for your shopping and collecting medicines
- Preparing bed for you and helping to settle into bed at night
Live-in Care – In this type of care, a dedicated care worker stays with you in your own home, providing support of your own choice to empower you to live independently.
Following services are offered in this package:
- Supporting with mobility such as you getting up, washing and dressing
- Preparing a healthy meal of your choice
- Assisting with laundry, ironing, washing and general housekeeping
- Accompanying you on outdoor activities such as walks and family/friend visits
- Providing you companionship
- Prompting you with medication
- Setting phone calls
- Preparing bed for you and helping to settle into bed at night
- Staying overnight

Night Care – We offer this service where a dedicated care worker stays with the service user overnight to ensure high quality care and support are provided for the comfort and independence of the service user.
Sleeping night – In this service, the care worker rests on-site to provide consistent support if you feel uneasy being alone during the night.
Waking Night – In this service, the care worker remains on-site throughout the night to provide you care if you tend to wake up multiple times.
Companionship – We proudly offer this service where a friendly care worker sits with you or accompanying you to visit outside to see family or friend.
